B4A Project Coordinators Meeting in Salzburg (Austria), 29 June - 1 July 2026

Dear National Federations,
Dear B4A Project Coordinators,

Since 2023, after three years of this programme, hundreds of events delivered, and more than 645 laser and optical rifle sets distributed, we would like to come together to reflect on the programme, exchange experiences, and define a plan for the future.

Under the motto “Grow as we do,” we would be delighted to welcome you to Salzburg for a series of information and discussion sessions designed to support and motivate you in your future work.

By bringing together the B4A Project Coordinators from all 48 participating countries, as well as representatives of other National Federations, we aim to create a platform for face-to-face exchange and discussion of your individual efforts and experiences.

18.I am aware that the travel to and from Salzburg are to be organised on my own. The IBU will cover the costs of travel up to a certain amount as stated in the guidelines and upon presentation of an invoice / ticket after the meeting.
19.I am aware that in case of cancellation to participate in the meeting after 18 May 2026, the National Federation is responsible for covering the hotel costs.
