This survey is to give SLLS the big picture about legal issues facing low-income people. Please do not use this survey to ask for legal help.

Disaster Aid: issues getting government aid, insurance help, or rebuilding help, other legal problems because of a hurricane or other disaster.

Work: including unemployment benefits, unpaid wages, licenses for work, discrimination.

Money: including bankruptcy, loans, debt collection, scams, identity theft, problems with contractors.

Government Aid: problems getting, using or keeping disability aid, SSI, food aid like SNAP, Veterans aid, health aid like Medicaid/Medicare, and more.
