The National Digital Information Infrastructure and Preservation Program in conjunction with the National Digital Stewardship Alliance is conducting this survey to garner information on Personal Digital Archiving practices in public service organizations.

We need more data that tests our assumptions and helps us get a richer understanding on how public service organizations see themselves in regards to the information and support they provide on digital preservation and stewardship for personal digital materials.

This survey is qualitative as well as quantitative, so please feel free to expand on any of your answers in the "other" section of each question or in the final comments box at the end.
