First Work invites you to submit a presentation proposal for the 2026 Amplify Leadership Summit taking place at the Chelsea Hotel Toronto on Tuesday April 28th, 2026.
The Amplify Leadership Summit is Ontario's premier gathering of senior leaders challenging, disrupting, driving, and shaping workforce development across the province. This day of inspiring and thought-provoking conversation attracts hundreds of government, industry and sector leaders, professionals, educators, funders and researchers. Together, we explore new challenges and opportunities to advance workforce development in Ontario.

SUBMISSION CRITERIA AND GUIDELINES:
Speakers can submit more than one proposal for consideration. Presenters are encouraged to collaborate with peers and members of other industries to share new concepts and practices that could lead to learnings and innovations in our sector. Please ensure that the session you are proposing is geared towards leadership.
