2025-2026 SGNA Mentorship Application

The SGNA Mentorship program is a pathway for SGNA nurses and associates new to the GI space. This mentorship program will provide resources to develop leadership skills, enhance career development, and personal growth for both the mentors and mentees. The program is built informally to allow participants to move through the process in a way that works for them.

A reminder, you will be paired up based on information you submit through this application process. So be sure to take your time and answer to the best of your ability. We want to ensure that you are paired with the best fit for the mentorship program.
