Healthcare Real Estate Development Survey - Project Details
Healthcare Real Estate Insights and Revistamed have partnered to create the healthcare real estate industry's most comprehensive survey of outpatient medical construction activity. Below we are asking for project information from firms that lead development for at least one outpatient project in 2024. Healthcare Real Estate Insights and Revista will publicize the results, which will include a summary of development activity and a ranking for the top developers in 2024.
Survey Guidelines (Please Read Before Submitting):
We are seeking information on outpatient projects that either broke ground or completed construction in 2024. Projects can be new buildings, expansions, or conversions, and must exceed $2.5 million in value or add at least 5,000 square feet of medical space. Please exclude parking structures and land in total project figures. Outpatient projects include all medical office buildings, outpatient surgery centers, dialysis centers, clinics, freestanding ERs/EDs, imaging centers, urgent care centers, retail medical buildings and other purpose-built medical buildings where outpatient care is provided. If your project is multi-use make sure to provide the square footage breakdown in the specified text box. Only outpatient square footage will be used to calculate the final rankings.
Please provide information as accurate and complete as possible. If you cannot disclose certain details, it is ok to leave it blank. All data will be independently verified by Revista. This survey can accept up to 12 projects per company. If you need to submit more than 12 projects, would like to submit with an excel spreadsheet, or have any other questions, please send an email to slindsey@revistacompanies.com.
The Survey Deadline is March 14, 2025. There is no charge for participating in the survey and you will have free access to the results.
