Getting Vaccinated in Victoria

This is a survey to understand how young people (12-25 years old) in Victoria feel about the Government’s COVID-19 Vaccination program. It takes about 10 minutes to complete.

The information will be used to create resources about both the rollout and the vaccines, to educate and empower young people to understand their options and make informed decisions.

In this survey, ‘COVID-19 Vaccination program’ or ‘vaccine rollout’ refer to the way the Government has organised the distribution of vaccines. ‘Vaccine(s)’ refers to actual vaccine shots.
