The Block Connector Program is a partnership between the Highland Park Community Association (HPCA) the City of Calgary, and Carya.

The Block Connector Program aims to:
•        Help neighbours (living on the same block) connect with, and support, one another;
•        Share information about local resources and opportunities; and
•        Create some fun on the block!

Residents who act as Block Connectors receive support and training, and must complete a Police Check.

Participation in the program is voluntary and all contact between participants must respect current health advisories and directives. Please complete the form below to become a member of your block for the program.

Once you have completed this form you will be introduced to the Block Connector for your Block.  If there is not yet a Block Connector for your block you will still be contacted and advised.
