MFT CPD - What Matters To Me |
Earlier this year the Chief Nursing Officer for England announced a significant investment in the Continuous Professional Development (CPD) of every Registered Nurse, Midwife, Nursing Associate and Allied Health Professional (NMAHP). Each NMAHP will be able to access the equivalent of £1,000 worth of education equal to 15 CPD points over a 3 year period to support their learning and development, aligned to the objectives of the organisation and personal development plans.
The Professional Education & Development Team are building a portfolio of quality education which will be launched over the coming months, using the points based system.

What CPD could we provide that would allow you to better deliver patient care? The information you provide will help us to develop an MFT CPD programme that meets your needs.
Thank you for taking the time to compete this short survey. If you would like discuss your requirements in greater detail or would like a member of the team to speak to you regarding the new system please email mft.cpd@mft.nhs.uk.
