Get Involved - Linden Community Satisfaction Survey

YOU are invited to participate in this survey because YOUR opinion matters!

A series of three separate surveys will be available for your participation over the next several weeks. The Community Satisfaction Survey, is the second of three surveys and will close on March 11, 2021.

This survey is being distributed by the Village of Linden through Survey Monkey. We are collecting this data for administration and council to set the strategic direction for the Village of Linden.

We will keep your information confidential. To help protect your confidentiality, the surveys will not contain information that will personally identify you. Proceeding to the survey implies that you understand and agree to the provisions in this disclaimer.

Once all results are compiled, a summary of the collected data will be shared on our Village website.

Please Note: the survey can only be done once per device/computer. If you have more than one person in your household and only one device/computer, please include answers for all individuals in the survey. Thank you!
