Overview
The community survey is designed to reach as many residents as possible. The goal is to understand the concerns of residents in the four highly diverse neighborhoods as they pertain to current and future development. The four neighborhoods are undergoing significant investment; it is important to consider that they are largely comprised of historically disadvantaged populations and new Americans. These surveys should seek to find where the needs of residents align with smart growth principles. The survey should address concerns related to educational, language, and cultural barriers. The results of this survey should play a significant role in contributing to long-term economic growth and sustainability within the four neighborhoods.
