Marine Forces Reserve AC/S Facilities is working in conjunction with the MARFORRES Public Affairs Office to develop better insight into your needs and perceptions as they relate to facilities at your reserve site. This survey, or communications audit, will serve as an integral part of our planning process as we seek to support the MARFORRES Facilities Plan with proactive communications to you, our leadership, local communities and decision makers. With your assistance, we desire to identify the following:
1. current communication methods
2. the effectiveness of current communications
3. opportunities to improve internal and external communications and processes
4. strategies to improve management of MARFORRES sites and installations
Your participation in this survey is essential to a better understanding of how our leadership communicates news and updates regarding facilities. The information you provide will remain confidential; your responses will be used to create an inclusive report along with additional information gathered from other stakeholders within MARFORRES.
