2022 MANUFACTURER OF THE YEAR NOMINATION FORM Survey

DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION: FRIDAY, AUGUST 26TH

Thank you for taking the time to nominate a manufacturer for the Arizona Manufacturers Council’s Annual Awards. Award recipients will be honored in five categories on October 11, 2022 at the Arizona Manufacturing Summit and Awards Luncheon, attended by business and community leaders, elected officials, manufacturing experts, educators and more. The awards will be announced through the Arizona Manufacturers Council and Arizona Chamber of Commerce and Industry social and traditional media channels. The application/nomination form must be filled out entirely to be considered. Self-nominations are permitted. Awards will recognize Excellence in Innovation and Excellence in Sustainability as well as one Small, Medium and Large Manufacturer of the Year.
