Meinig Park Improvements Survey

Project Background

Meinig Memorial Park is a beloved community asset located in the heart of Sandy. For many decades, the park has been well loved and well used. Meinig Park offers a beautiful forested setting for events year-round and offers a number of amenities including Fantasy Forest, an amphitheater, walking paths and trails, No Named Creek, shelters, benches, and more!

With the intensity of use over the many decades, some features are in need of maintenance and repair. The way in which the park has been used has also evolved over time. Safety and accessibility standards also continue to develop over time. These factors have provided the opportunity to comprehensively develop an improvement plan for the park.

As the City looks to continue to manage the asset of Meinig Park, we are looking to our citizens to help provide input on key "focus areas" within the park. This survey is meant as an opportunity for you to be able to provide feedback and help shape the future of Meinig Park.
