Sequim School District annually provides a Parent Guide and Calendar to every school family.  The Parent Guide provides important parent notification information, as well as contact information.  We are seeking your thoughts about the effectiveness of this publication.  This survey consists of eight questions.  Thank you for taking a few minutes to give your input!  Please reply by February 22, 2017.
