CVNL Community Equity Scholarship Request Form

Thank you for your interest in CVNL's Community Equity Scholarship for our Learning and Leadership programs. Please complete the attached form, and a member of our team will reach out to you with the next steps.

Please note that submitting this form does not guarantee that you will receive a scholarship. If awarded, the Community Equity Scholarship will cover a portion (up to 40%) of the registration fees for one program per term. Scholarships are allocated based on the availability of funds each term. Additionally, we will prioritize individuals who are either on staff or volunteering with CVNL member organizations.
