6:45 – 8:00 p.m. – Meal Making Shift #1 (75 minutes)

7:30 – 8:30 p.m. – Meal Making Shift #2 (60 minutes)

8:00 – 9:00 p.m. – Meal Making Shift #3 (60 minutes)

9:00 – 9:45 p.m. – Clean Up (45 minutes)
