- Defined visitor and reception area
- Electrical and Mechanical code and efficiency improvements
- Inspiring entries and student spaces
- Integration of DIC programs and spaces
- Media Center/ Library modernization and expansion
- Metro community space(s) for gathering and informal study
- Prominent student art display area
- Renovation of administration spaces
- Renovation of classroom spaces
- Replace main gymnasium bleachers
- Restroom quantity and quality improvements
- Security improvements at entries for student safety
- Storage (for all)
- Student, Faculty and Staff collaboration spaces
- Technology upgrades (classroom learning tools, student devices, Wi-Fi, lab equipment)
- Vehicular traffic flow and parking improvements
- Windows/ natural light
