INTRODUCTION
Hi, We’re from the Merri Health (Merri) Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual, Transgender, Intersex and Queer (GLBTIQ) Working Group. We annually review how inclusive our services are for GLBTIQ clients as part of our ongoing commitment to provide inclusive services. We would like to hear from you regarding how well Merri responds to the needs of GLBTIQ clients and how this could be improved.
Your participation in this survey is voluntary and you can skip any questions you don't want to answer. The answers you provide are completely confidential and will not be linked to you in anyway. We will use your answers to improve our services.
