Mortgage Executive Magazine will soon unveil the list of the Top 50 Best Companies To Work For 2025.

Voting is open exclusively to licensed Mortgage Loan Originators (MLOs) who are currently employed by the companies they are rating. To qualify, a company must receive a minimum of thirty unique MLO votes, with each MLO allowed to cast just one vote.

The voting results of individual MLOs will be kept confidential and not disclosed to the companies being rated. The winning companies will be determined based on an average rating score and the total number of votes cast by loan officers.

The voting deadline is December 22, 2025.
