Matched Donations 2027 - Application Form

As a social enterprise, EthicalJobs.com.au makes regular donations to charities around Australia towards a more just, more equitable and more sustainable world.

By the end of 2026 we'll have helped raise over $5 million for some of Australia's most important charities since in 2009 – including over $2.3 million of our own donations, plus catalysing over $2.7 million in public donations too.

In 2027 we're aiming to donate $250,000 and catalyse a further $250,000 in donations from the public by choosing one charity or not-for-profit (NFP) organisation every week and matching donations up to $6,000 to each one.

Please read this information carefully, then use the form below to apply to be one of our matched donation recipients in 2027.

If you are successful, here are some key things we will need to make each matched donation campaign happen:

If you are chosen as a matched donation recipient in 2027 we will:
  • Set up a Chuffed campaign page so donors can see their donation helping to reach the goal;
  • Send a blurb and link to the campaign page in our weekly email, which goes to over 250,000 subscribers;
  • Promote the matched donation page on our social media channels; and
  • Match all donations to your organisation through the Chuffed page for one week, up to $6,000.
For your part, all you'll need to do is:
  • Provide us with some clear and compelling copy about your organisation and impact to use on the Chuffed campaign page;
  • Provide one high-resolution photo of the work your organisation is doing that can be used to promote the matched donation campaign, and a web-ready copy of your logo;
  • Connect or create a free Stripe account so that you’re able to receive your donations directly via Chuffed;
  • Promote the matched donations campaign by sending at least one email blast/eDM to your email list of supporters, and promote the matched donations initiative on social media channels (if you have them);
  • Send us an invoice at the end of the campaign.
  • In the months following the end of the campaign, provide an update to the EthicalJobs.com.au team about how the donations made an impact on your organisation and the work you do.
To be eligible, your organisation must be a registered not-for-profit organisation with annual revenue of less than $10 million. You do NOT need DGR status to apply, but political parties are unfortunately not eligible to participate.

Applications close at 5pm, Friday 16th of October and you'll be notified if successful by December. Due to the volume of applications, we unfortunately cannot give feedback to unsuccessful applicants.
