We would appreciate a few minutes of your time to learn more about your family's needs. Thanks!

Our district leaders are working hard to navigate through these many challenges and daily changes associated with our Covid 19 virus pandemic. They are collaborating with other school districts, the state of California, local and state health officials and county leaders to identify a safe and productive education plan for next year. They have identified 4 progressive committees (Return to School, Learning Reimagined, Budget, Special Services)  to help develop a safe and successful plan that will involve flexibility, distance learning and in person learning for the 2020-2021 school year. You can follow the committees' progress by visiting the Plumas Schools Advisory Committee Planning Document available on the Plumas Unified School District website.

Although the CDC's guidelines for opening schools look extremely limiting, we will work through these guidelines, use updated information and the stakeholders' expertise listed above to develop a solid plan. Additionally, we have developed this survey for our families to learn more about your needs and perspective so that we can better develop a robust, progressive learning plan for all students.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work through this process with students' safety and an exceptional educational experience being our priority for our students. We will continue to update our families through email, Facebook and our Aeries communication system as more information becomes available.

We appreciate your time to complete this brief 9 question survey.  We estimate it will take less than 5 minutes.  Thanks!
