📌 Important Information
● THERE ARE NO REFUNDS FOR CANCELLATIONS

● All Vendors must provide a 10x10 tent. If a vendor is purchasing more than one space only 1 tent is required

● Deadline for Registration: Friday, August 29th, 2025

● Booth Set-Up: Friday, September 25th | 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

● Booths Must Be Ready: Saturday, September 26th by 9:00 AM

● Festival Time: Saturday, September 26th | 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM

📍 Festival Requirements

● Exhibitors must set up and dismantle their own displays and be present during festival hours.

● No-shows or early dismantled booths will not be invited back in the future.

● All booths must operate under a tent.

● You must register your business with the WV Tax Department.

(This will be collected during registration or via Email to Levi Scott, Recreation Coordinator.)

● Booth space includes: ✓ Overnight security (Friday) ✓ Side-loading/unloading access
