The purpose of this survey is to gather feedback from industry stakeholders on their experience with reports from the various Auditing Organizations and to identify opportunities for improvement. Specifically, we are seeking input on report clarity, timeliness, structure, and overall usability.

As part of this survey, you will be asked to share your experiences and provide specific examples that illustrate both strengths and areas where improvements could be made. Your feedback will help inform the MDSAP RAC on current and future enhancements and ensure reports better meet the needs of industry.
