Expression of Interest for Mundaring Deliberative Panel

Thank you for your interest in being part of the Deliberative Panel for the Shire of Mundaring Multi-Purpose Community Facility (MPCF) and the surrounding Town Centre Cultural Precinct .

What is the Purpose of the Mundaring Deliberative Panel (MDP)?
The MDP will assist the Shire of Mundaring and the Project Team in the preparation of concept sketch options for the MPCF. The MDP will make a recommendation on a preferred design outcome.

To be a member of the Deliberative Panel you will need to attend the two part Collaborative Design Forum followed by two separate MDP sessions. The scheduled dates for these four engagement sessions are as follows:

- Collaborative Forum Session 1 - Sunday morning 28 May 2023 
- Collaborative Forum Session 2 - Tuesday evening 30 May 2023
- Deliberative Panel Session 1 - Thursday evening 8 June 2023
- Deliberative Panel Session 1 - Tuesday evening 1 August 2023

 

As a MDF member you will be provided with an overview of the project and background information, gain insights into the opportunities and constraints of the project and provide feedback on the preferred design outcomes before making a recommendation on a preferred design.

MDP members will meet over two sessions to review, question and provide feedback to the Project Team before making a recommendation on final design outcome(s).
