For Red Cliff Aging Plan Development

Red Cliff Elderly Department currently offers an array of services to Elders including nutrition; transportation; general information, assistance, support, resources, and access to services for Elders and people with disabilities. We are seeking input to improve programs and services delivered to Red Cliff residents as they age. Your answers will help develop a Three-Year Plan. This survey will close on June 1, 2024. Paper copies are also available with the Elder Department.
