5.Chapter 3.1 Application
Application of the CLEVER framework was added and reflects also the latest updates regarding the CountEmissionsEU legislation. Do you agree with the proposed applications?
6.Chapter 3.7. Data quality and Chapter 3.8 Sensitivity assessment
Handling of data quality was further simplified and an explanation of how data quality must be assessed for foreground data (using sensitivity analysis) and background data (using a data quality score) was added. Do you agree with the amended and simplified approach?
7.Chapter 4.2 Life Cycle stages and System boundaries
Chapter 4.2 gives additional guidance regarding the system boundary for different fuel categories.

8.Chapter 4.5. Indirect land use change
The approach for the quantification of iLUC was further refined, and for aviation fuels the CORSIA iLUC factors are directly taken. For road and marine fuels iLUC factors stem from SBTi (which is itself based on amended iLUC factors from CORSIA).
