The CAEAR Foundation is conducting a survey to understand how primary care providers (PCPs) are providing services to people living with HIV.
We are a national non-profit, working to advance effective prevention, care and support for people living with, or at risk for, HIV/AIDS through education, technical assistance and health services research to organizations, communities and professionals.
Findings from this survey will assist providers and policy makers to increase HIV treatment and care, shape programs, and enhance policy. Therefore, we are asking for fifteen minutes of your time to participate in this important work. All responses will remain confidential.
