Become a Part of the St. Pete Midtown Community Youth Garden!

This program is for students ages 12-15. To be eligible you must live in the following zip codes: 33711, 33712, 33705.
Help your community by attending our FREE 8-week program now through the beginning of September. Learn how to grow your own fruit, vegetables, and herbs in our urban Florida environment with an emphasis on companion planting. Experience exciting presenters from local businesses, colleges, and farms such as Laica Worms, Keep Pinellas Beautiful, Chief's Creole Cafe, Brick Street Farm, and Eckerd College. Plus you'll receive a certificate of completion and your own take home garden kit with tools, seeds, and instructions to keep on growing after the program.
The Midtown Community Youth Garden is made possible by the Institute of Museum and Library Services.
The registration deadline for The Midtown Community Youth Garden is July 1st with the final group of students starting the program on July 5th.
