MCS Spotlight Recognition Form

ICCAC would like to Spotlighting 4 MCS Clinicians each year in our Pulseless News Blog. Each ICCAC Member spotlight will appear once a quarter throughout the year.

We know there are so many MCS clinicians around the world who do incredible life-saving work every day and we want to take the time to recognize them.

We are asking you to “spotlight” your colleagues.
Tell us the inspirational story that keeps you going.

We have 5 topics to choose from and you can submit information on any or all of them.

The ICCAC communications team will vote on submissions quarterly and post your “spotlight" description of why your colleague deserves to be recognized.

If you are not an ICCAC member or do not get mentioned in the ICCAC Pulseless News, we will still recognize you in a special way in the coming months.

Anyone can write the spotlight: a colleague, physicians, industry clinical rep, even patients. We would like to recognize and honor the MCS clinician who have made a difference to you and have one or more of the following qualities.
