1. Mishawaka Catholic School Strategic Plan
Dear MCS Families and Community Stakeholders,
Our mission statement is: Mishawaka Catholic School builds disciples of Jesus Christ through faith formation, academic excellence, and service to others in accordance with the teachings of the Roman Catholic Church. It defines who we are, who we are called to be, and what we are called to do. Our mission is what drives us as an institution of Catholic education. It is in the spirit of fulfilling our mission that we seek your input as mutual stakeholders in our school and our greater school community.
Part of our responsibility as your MCS School Board is to establish and support the implementation of a school-wide strategic plan. To that avail, we ask that you review the following focus areas. Our request is that you rank each of the following items within the identified focus beginning with 1 as the highest priority for your and your family, continuing up until all items have been ranked.
Our ultimate goal is to analyze this data in order to identify the goals of our five-year strategic plan. This plan will serve as our guidepost for school improvement, academic progress, and infrastructural development.
