Introduction

Thank you for taking the time to complete this survey, which is an important part of MCRC's Equity Audit of its child care programs.

This survey is designed to allow you to share your perspectives of MCRC's child care programs. The results of this survey will be used along with the results from the staff focus groups, consultations with parents, and review of program policies to understand current strengths, challenges, and areas where improvements are needed.

This survey is completely anonymous and your individual responses will be kept confidential. No one from MCRC will have access to your individual survey answers. Turner Consulting Group will collect, analyze, and provide a summary report of the results of this survey.

Your participation is completely voluntary. You can decide which questions to answer and can stop the survey at any time. Keep in mind that you cannot close the browser and return to the survey.

We hope you will provide honest and open feedback to all of the questions you decide to answer. The survey will take 10 to 15 minutes to complete, depending on the amount of information you choose to provide.

Thank you for taking the time to participate in this important work.
