The results of this survey will be used along with the results from the staff focus groups, consultations with parents, and review of program policies to understand current strengths, challenges, and areas where improvements are needed.

anonymous and your individual responses will be kept
confidential. No one from MCRC will have access to your individual survey answers. Turner Consulting Group will collect, analyze, and provide a summary report of the results of this survey.
Your participation is completely
voluntary. You can decide which questions to answer and can stop the survey at any time. Keep in mind that you cannot close the browser and return to the survey.
