Introduction

Dear Colleague,

I greatly appreciate your participation in Merced College’s Participatory Governance processes. It is important to assess the effectiveness of our Participatory Governance Committees—of what we do and how we do it—as well as to meet our accreditation standards. I’d like to gain your candid and confidential perspective regarding your 2022-2023 (current academic year) Participatory Governance committee participation. 

Merced College is conducting a brief survey regarding 2022-2023 Participatory Governance committee member experiences related to planning effectiveness. 
 
If you serve on more than one Participatory Governance committee during 2022-2023, you will receive separate survey participation requests for each of your respective Participatory Governance committees.  Please respond to the survey for each committee you serve on.

Merced College's Office of Institutional Effectiveness (OIE) is administering this survey and compiling and reporting on survey results. Your voluntary responses will remain confidential. Survey responses will be aggregated and will help Merced College improve its committees and planning processes.
