The Internet Society continues to work on building, promoting and defending an Internet that is for everyone, everywhere. Central to the success of this work are our Internet Champions who lead efforts to have a more wide-reaching and resilient Internet.
The Mid Career Fellowship aims to equip current Internet leaders with the knowledge and skills to navigate digital transformation and disruption in these times of volatility, uncertainty, complexity and ambiguity.

We now have a critical opportunity to select the Mid Career Fellows.
The Mid Career Fellowship aims to empower professionals with at least 10 years of experience in the Internet ecosystem.
To that end we aim to invite community leaders (Chapter, SIG, and SG leaders) and alumni who fulfil the following:

  • At least 10 years of work experience in the Internet ecosystem.
  • Currently leading a Chapter, SIG, or SG, or actively engaged in the Alumni Network.
  • Knowledge about and involvement in the Internet Society’s mission, vision, and Action Plan 2023.

As a reviewer, you will:
  • Review the applications.
  • Score submissions between 1 and 5 stars.
      • We expect each application will take around 7 to 10 minutes to review.
      • The review process will take place from 19 April to 12 May 2023.
Top-rated applications will be pooled and moved to Round 2, where selected Internet Society Staff will review and score the candidates.

A Selection Committee, comprised of key program staff, Internet Society leaders, and Subject Matter Experts will select the Finalists. We anticipate that selected Fellows will be notified in the first week of June 2023.

We would be delighted if you would join us as a volunteer reviewer.

Should you be able to offer your help in this regard, please complete this form by 10 April 2023.

Your support is highly appreciated.
Thank you!
