The Job Shadow program at MCC offers students an opportunity to receive first-hand knowledge and experience in exploring a chosen career. Students “shadow” a professional, observing them at their place of business, and asking the questions that will help with career decisions.
Undergrads need professional guidance and advice as they explore different career paths, not only for life after college, but for choosing majors and knowing what coursework will help them get a leg up in a highly competitive job market. We hope you can offer a few hours or more of your time to help!
