Background to the MCC Small Sponsor Community of Practice
The MCC Small Sponsor Community of Practice Group (CoP) has been established in response to feedback about the unique needs of smaller-sponsor members.  The CoP has a dedicated knowledge portal where self-help resources such as short videos, implementation guides and links to relevant MCC resources are available. Additionally, a LinkedIn Community Group has been established so community members can interact in an online forum. There is a short demo of the portal in the LinkedIn Community Group.
The purpose of the new group is to provide members with the opportunity to:
  • Share ideas and practical approaches that work in small sponsor settings
  • Get up-to-date news about MCC Performance Metric Sets and Tools
  • Provide feedback about how MCC can support small sponsors
