Background to the Survey

In late 2019, MCC hosted an online member-only meeting to discuss the MCC CAPA Process Metrics. Many representatives from across the industry attended. Feedback at the meeting and subsequently indicates a desire to continue the conversations through a new virtual MCC Compliance & CAPA Community of Practice Group (aka Knowledge Sharing).

Question Title

The purpose of the proposed community of practice is to provide members with the opportunity to:
  • Explore the processes of clinical quality compliance & CAPA
  • Review relevant MCC metrics, definitions, and tools. Revise and develop new ones as needed
  • Share learnings and challenges of clinical quality compliance & CAPA
We are proposing to meet every other month for one hour in a virtual setting. Anyone from an MCC member organization can register for any meeting. Meetings will each focus on a different topic - with a 20-25 min presentation followed by open discussion and Q&A.

This survey is to gather input about your organization's the level of interest in participating in the group and what topics participants are interest in exploring.

Information from survey responses will only be shared anonymously.
