THE EVENT:
The 112th Ohio Hospital Association (OHA) Annual Membership Meeting, a premier educational event for Ohio’s hospital leaders, will be held on June 22 & 23, 2027. At this event 1,000 prominent hospital and health system leaders will convene to share their expertise, exchange evidence-based practice strategies, highlight case study examples, and provide tools and resources that help address a variety of current issues.
CALL FOR PRESENTATIONS:
You are invited to contribute to this important event by submitting a proposal for an educational presentation. Presentations will be 60 minutes in length, including time for Q & A. We encourage you to submit a proposal, as colleagues and peer across the state want to hear from you.
Based on your presentation topic, please select the appropriate educational track. Sub-categories have been provided under each track as a guide to help keep your presentation proposal relevant and timely. We are looking for evidence-based practices, case studies, success stories, tools, resources, and practical takeaways that address current issues facing Ohio hospitals. Please ensure that your presentation proposal is an accurate description of the content you intend to present.
Submissions will be reviewed by one or more selection committees that are comprised of OHA member representatives, board members of professional membership groups, and OHA staff.

SELECTION CRITERIA:
· Timeliness and relevance of content
· Relation to an identified sub-category
· Valuable insights, knowledge, and practical application
· Presenters should be subject matter experts with appropriate credentials
· Clarity of proposal and presentation content
· Proposals should be educational in nature and avoid promotional or sales-oriented content related to products or services.
· Avoid highly politicized opinions
SUBMISSION DEADLINE:
