Award Nomination Form
These awards will be presented annually to two Marion County organizations demonstrating exceptional and innovative work for and alongside the children of Marion County.
Awards will be selected from submitted nominations. The review committee will determine which organization receives the Award of Excellence and which receives the Vision Award; nominators do not need to specify a category when submitting a nomination.
DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION IS BY 5:00 P.M. April 1, 2026.
Awards will be presented on Friday, April 17th, at the Children’s Alliance
“Spring Soiree” at 6:00 p.m. at Midtown Station.
