16.Legislators should create a state mandate that requires every Law Enforcement department to create a Lethality Assessment Program.

18.Mississippi should require all law enforcement officers to be trained on Lethality Assessments. 
19.Legislators should create policies to retrieve firearms from persons charged with domestic violence assault?
20.Law Enforcement Officers should be required to ask about firearms during Domestic Violence calls.
21.Legislators should mandate reporting of Domestic Violence Homicides to the Attorney General’s Office. 
22.Legislators should create a team to review domestic violence fatalities across the state. 
23.Students should learn about the signs of healthy relationships in schools.
24.Students should be aware of resources and ways to prevent Teen Dating Violence.
25.The state should mandate Teen Dating Violence curriculums in each school district.
26.The state should fund a statewide Teen Dating Violence / Interpersonal  Violence Awareness Program.
