WEC--THURSDAY, OCTOBER 1, 2026
The FRLAEF will hold a Regional Workshop at the World Equestrian Center in Ocala on Thursday, October 1, 2026.
The event will begin at 8:30 am and conclude by 2:00 pm. There is no fee to attend this event. Lunch will be provided and all attending students will receive a complimentary chef jacket.
The students will participate in a brownie and cheesecake plating challenge, where students work in teams to create a dessert plate based on a WEC-inspired guest scenario. There will also be a WEC experience rotation and a hospitality career conversation.
Each ProStart school may bring up to 5 ProStart students to the event.
