Thank you for your interest in the CST Foundation Bursaries!

Please read this page carefully before proceeding with your application.

The bursaries are intended for students who can demonstrate financial need, and whose financial need may make it difficult for them to access post-secondary education. Students must be the first generation in their family to attend post-secondary education.

There are 25 bursaries available - each valued at $6,000. The funds can be used to cover the cost of tuition and related expenses such as books, supplies or living expenses.

To be eligible for a bursary, you must:

(a) be a Canadian citizen, or permanent resident, or Protected Person in Canada
(b) demonstrate financial need
(c) have/will have completed high school level education (or equivalent), by Fall 2024
(d) be accepted to a post-secondary program at an eligible institution in Canada, attending Fall 2024 [1]
(e) be the first generation in their family to attend post-secondary education [2]

[1] Eligible post-secondary institutions include apprenticeship or trades certificate or diploma; college, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma; university certificate or diploma below bachelor level; or a university degree.

[2] First generation post-secondary students are students whose parents did not attend complete post-secondary education (e.g. did not attend either college or university).

Only continue with this application if you meet the eligibility criteria.
