Programming Committee: Designs and delivers monthly educational commercial real estate and land use programs

Sponsorship Committee: Supports the organization’s financial success while building valuable relationships in the commercial real estate and land use community. Funds raised will directly contribute to ULI Triangle’s programs, network with industry leaders, and play a key role in the organization’s growth.

Membership Committee: Fosters a dynamic network, supports membership growth, and creates collaboration opportunities.

YLG Steering Committee: Offers an opportunity to help shape the future of young leaders in real estate and land use by creating impactful programs and events that directly contribute to the growth and success of the YLG Community.

WLI Steering Committee: Shapes the future of women in real estate and urban development by creating impactful programs that promote leadership and professional growth.

Inclusion and Outreach Committee: Contributes to creating more inclusive and equitable communities while promoting inclusive development practices.

UrbanPlan Committe: An immersive exercise that helps participants understand the forces shaping community development. ULI Triangle organizes workshops in partnership with local universities and public officials. Please note this requires completing the UrbanPlan volunteer training.

Coastal Committee: Focuses on the unique challenges and opportunities of coastal development, promoting sustainable growth, and fostering collaboration among industry professionals in the coastal regions of North Carolina.

Housing Action Committee: Brings together members with a deep passion and expertise in the regional housing sector, with the overarching goal of fostering leadership and innovation in housing solutions across our communities.

Transportation and Land Use Action Committee: Promotes sustainable transportation solutions and effective land use planning to enhance connectivity and drive growth in the Triangle region.
