VENDOR FEE: $150
VENDOR GUIDELINES AND INFORMATION:
- Each vendor is allotted one 10'x10' booth space.
- Load In and Set up information for your approved market will be emailed out approximately two weeks in advance of the market.
- To ensure that the market is ready when we open to the public and to make the most of your contact with our guests, please arrive in time to be fully set up 30-45 minutes prior to the event start time. Our patrons tend to show up early and they are ready to buy!
- Vendors are not permitted to break down early, all of our markets are rain or shine.
FOOD VENDORS:
Food vendors are considered on a limited, case-by-case basis. Per TABC regulations, food and beverages cannot be consumed on-site. Approved vendors must follow Texas permitting and labeling laws, and may be asked to provide proof of insurance.
VENDOR SELECTION PROCESS:
- The vendor selection process can be lengthy and will begin several months prior to the market date. We receive hundreds of applications every year and appreciate your patience and understanding while we review applications.
- Due to the volume of emails we receive, questions regarding the receipt of applications during the selection process may not receive a prompt response.
- After you complete the application, please save a screenshot of that page for your records.
- To ensure clear communication, every applicant will receive a status email from our team no later than 2 weeks prior to the market letting them know whether or not they have been selected as a vendor.
- To preserve the integrity of our market we cannot approve vendor applications for resellers, direct sales companies, national businesses or those with non-tangible sales. Additionally, vendor applications for the sale of weapons illegal substances, alcohol or items with graphic depictions will not be considered.
- Finally, in an effort to provide the best variety to shoppers we may limit the number of vendors with similar products. In this case your application may be added to a waitlist even if there are open spots available in the market.
PAYMENTS:
- No payment is required until your application has been accepted. Please do not send any payments unless you have received a confirmation email that your application has been "Approved", even if you are a returning vendor. All vendor fees are non-refundable (unless the market is canceled or postponed).
