On June 17, 2021, Monterey Bay FC announced Montage Health as its Official Kit Partner. The announcement also launched the design period for the Club's inaugural kit. The community is a critical partner to this design. 

We want to hear from you! Please share what you want in the design of Monterey Bay FC's jerseys and the full kit for the players by answering the following questions. At the end, share with us your contact info to be one of five fans selected to receive a Monterey Bay FC jersey.
