Blood Pressure Class Survey Regarding Participation Interest

The EHHD is seeking input on the timing of classes and interest in registering for free blood pressure classes that address how to use a home monitor and tips regarding modifiable risk factors to improve control of blood pressure. Participation in classes will include a free home monitor for participants to keep at the end of the program.
