Going All In: CFLeads Survey

About the survey

Through the practice of community leadership, community foundations are stepping up to serve as vital partners, problem-solvers and leaders in the local landscape.  Through our Igniting the Future of Community Foundations project, we examined where the community foundation field is now, where it wants to go and how it can get there.  The result: the identification of three independent areas of momentum in the field -- insisting on racial equity, amplifying community voice, and influencing public policies and systems.

Insisting on Racial Equity
Community foundations focus on achieving racial equity in all aspects of life, including health, education, economic mobility, safety and housing, as well as in their own internal operations.

Amplifying Community Voice
Community foundations serve as conveners, elevate resident engagement and power, invest in local journalism, and support civic participation that fuels a healthy democracy.

Influencing Public Policy & Systems
Community foundations disseminate local research, mobilize stakeholders and advocate for comprehensive public policy and systems changes that lead to widespread significant results.

As CFLeads supports community foundations to take action in one or more of these areas, we want to hear from you!  We appreciate you taking the time to complete this survey on the types of program offerings that would most help you.  It should take approximately ten minutes to complete.
