Invitation to Participate

My name is Stacey Legler, and I am conducting research to assess HR professionals’ perceptions regarding the use of social media for recruitment and selection as part of my doctoral program at Wilmington University.  I would greatly appreciate your participation in a short survey about this important topic.  The survey should take less than 10 minutes, and your answers will be anonymous.  Participation is voluntary, and you may refuse to answer any questions or stop at any time without consequence.  However, I value your perceptions and sincerely hope that you will take a few minutes to help us better understand this topic.

Incentive to Participate

As an incentive, respondents will be offered the opportunity to enter a random drawing to win one of four (4) Amazon.com gift cards worth $25 each. Interested participants will be given the option to provide their e-mail addresses at the end of the survey so they can be contacted if they win. Please note (1) this is NOT required, (2) e-mail addresses will not be associated with survey responses, and (3) e-mail addresses will not be sold or otherwise provided to any third party.

Eligibility

To participate, you must be (1) at least 18 years old and (2) currently employed in the field of human resources OR have been employed as a human resource professional for at least 6 months during the past 24 months.
