Part 1 is the online survey, which is divided into several sections: General Employment, Work Environment, and Compensation Programs. The online survey is also divided into sections to gather general data across the occupational areas of Administrative and Office Support, Engineering/Scientific/Tech Support, Supervisory/Management/Professional, and Production/Maintenance/Logistics/Services.
The most important part of the Wage and Salary Survey, is Part 2 that covers the specific occupational wages and salaries of your organization. This section is essential for the final report and is accessible by clicking the link at the end of this survey or by clicking here: Occupations Survey. **Both sections of the survey must be completed to receive the final report at no cost. Participating companies that only submit 1 section of the survey is deemed incomplete and may purchase the report for $195.**
