Maine Provider Survey: Impact of the COVID-19 Pandemic on Clinician Practice

Introduction: Maine Department of Health & Human Services (DHHS) is partnering with the Maine Medical Association (MMA) and the Maine Osteopathic Association (MOA) to conduct this survey of Maine clinicians in order to better understand the ways in which clinicians have changed their practice and are engaged in the response to the COVID-19 pandemic.  We are interested as well in your use of telehealth, defined in this survey as the use of information technology to deliver clinical services at a distance for the purpose of diagnosis, disease monitoring, or treatment, and may include care delivered via interactive audio-visual platforms, and/or telephone.

Participation is entirely voluntary.  Please note that any responses indicating an interest in potentially participating in Maine’s response to this pandemic are not in any way meant to indicate a commitment or obligation to do so.
